What is Jin Xuan Tea?

金萱茶是臺灣茶業培育出的特色茶種。它屬於適度發酵的金萱烏龍Jin Xuan tea is a special tea variety cultivated by Taiwan's tea industry. It belongs to the moderately fermented Jin Xuan Oolong, which is between green tea and heavy fermented oolong, retaining a fresh tea aroma with a hint of warm taste. This moderate fermentation process gives Jin Xuan tea a faint milky flavor after brewing, which is not artificially added, but the unique flavor naturally generated by the tea itself.微弱的奶香味,這並非人工添加,而是茶葉本身自然生成的獨特風味。

Why didn't I get the yuzu flavor when I ate this cake?

 Yuzu Jin Xuan Tea is a special product that combines Jin Xuan tea varieties with Hualien Hegang Wendan, and is roasted in layers at a ratio of 1:1. In addition to the milky fragrance of Jin Xuan tea, there is also the fragrance of pomelo flowers, so when you eat it, you will first smell the aroma of grapefruit flowers, and what is presented on the tip of the tongue is the elegant tea fragrance and slight milk rhyme of Jin Xuan tea.
