• We can assist in arranging delivery via third-party couriers (e.g. GOGOVAN or LALAMOVE). Please WhatsApp 6992 7462 to inquire about the delivery fee first. The fee can be paid together with your cake order.
• Before dispatch, we will send you photos of the cake for confirmation. Please note that we are not responsible for any shifting, damage, or issues that occur during transportation. Customers choosing this delivery service must accept this condition and consider it carefully.
• If the driver arrives at the delivery address and the customer is unable to collect the cake within 15 minutes, the driver will return the cake to our studio or charge a waiting fee. Should you need to collect the cake from our studio afterwards, the delivery fee must still be paid first.
