Order Notification

  1. No cancellation or refund will be made after the order has been placed

  2. Please place your order and complete payment at least 3 days in advance.Rush orders (less than 3 days) will incur an additional +$50 charge.Rush orders may have limited cake options. Please contact us at 6992 7462 to check availability before ordering.

  3. Cake preparation takes time. If you need to change the collection date: Notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Changes made less than 48 hours prior will incur a 15% order fee. Changes made on the day of collection will incur a 50% order fee.

  4. Once your order is successfully placed, the website will automatically generate a unique Order Number. You will also receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder.

  5. Please provide your Order Number or phone number when collecting your cake.

  6.  Any cake purchase will come with a candle and insulated bag

  7. After the cake has been inspected and collected, the customer is fully responsible for any damage or accident that occurs during transportation.

Sweets Addict reserves the right to vary, terminate and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. In case of any dispute, Sweets Addict reserves the right of final decision
