Studio Self-Collection:

Our studio remains open as usual (12:30–19:30). You may collect your cake at any time within our opening hours, provided it is safe to do so.

If you are unable to collect due to severe weather, the collection date will be automatically rescheduled to the next working day.

Delivery / MTR Station Handover:

No delivery or MTR station handover service will be provided when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect.

Once the signal is lowered to Typhoon Signal No. 3 or Red Rainstorm Warning, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time.

Please note that we do not accept order cancellations or refunds due to bad weather conditions.
