說起黑森林蛋糕,完全是店主的聖誕節童年回憶，小時候最期待就是食朱古力和蛋糕，最緊要多朱古力碎和酸甜的黑加侖子啫喱！

長大了才知道真正的黑森林是沒有啫喱的，食開都是港式黑森林，所以做了個大人味的黑森林，重點是在巧克力，我們用了一款帶有果香的單品朱古力，混入咖啡忌廉和做成朱古力脆脆底,帶微酸的朱古力和酒漬櫻桃很配！
