The combination of pineapple and passion fruit is a perfect match. Some guests worry that passion fruit might be too tart, so we specially crafted a passion fruit curd to retain its aroma while significantly reducing the acidity. Paired with fresh pineapple and Earl Grey cream, it’s an unexpected yet balanced combination!

The Earl Grey cream is made by infusing real Earl Grey tea leaves, with several brands tested to ensure authenticity—a flavor that tea powder simply can’t replicate!
