什麼是可麗露呢?

可麗露(Canelé)是一種源自法國的傳統甜點,以其獨特的外脆內嫩的口感而聞名。這款小蛋糕的起源可以追溯到18世紀的波爾多地區,麵糊主要由牛奶、糖、蛋、牛油、麵粉組成,製作麵糊後還需要放置兩天熟成再以高溫焗製,是個要耐心等待的甜點!傳統的可麗露只有雲尼拿冧酒一種口味,為了讓可麗露風味更加多樣化,我們亦嘗試加入不同茶類,配搭焦香外皮,凍食更有像雪糕般的口感!
我們的可麗露更會有獨立包裝,派餅時就會方便又衛生。

How To Save It

*Claire should be stored in an ice tray (-4°C) and thawed at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving

*If you need to reheat, thaw at room temperature for 10 minutes, then put it in a 170 degree oven/air fryer for 7 minutes, take it out and wait for the skin to become crispy before serving
