Canelé is a traditional dessert of French origin that is known for its unique taste that is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The origins of this petit fourt can be traced back to the Bordeaux region in the 18th century, and the batter is mainly composed of milk, sugar, eggs, butter, flour. After making the batter, it needs to be aged for two days and then baked at high temperatures, so it is a dessert that needs to be patient.

In order to make the flavor of Coole Lou more diverse, I also try to add different types of tea with a burnt crust to make the cold food more like ice cream!

How to save it 可

Canele needs to be placed in an ice tray (-4°C)If you need to reheat, please thaw at room temperature for 10 minutes, then put it in a 170 degree oven/air fryer for 7 minutes, take it out and wait for the skin to turn back to crispy before eating
