蘋果山楂紅玉紅茶蛋糕

一直想完善這款蘋果+茶的配搭,想著想著又臨近了母親節,店主媽媽很喜歡煲蘋果水和酸梅湯,靈感來源就是生活,所以我就嘗試將酸梅湯的主要材料 – 山楂,煮成山楂蘋果醬,蘋果粒亦用山楂輕輕煮過,兩個口味一拍即合!山楂本身帶酸味,加入新鮮蘋果粒和冰糖一起煮,大大減低了酸味,只保留香氣

比起1.0版本的紅烏龍茶焦糖蘋果蛋糕,今次選用了同樣來自台灣品牌的紅玉紅茶,因為加了山楂,紅玉紅茶沒有紅烏龍茶的深焙味道,反而更清爽,更配合山楂和蘋果的味道~

最後的調整是加入了自家製的餅乾脆底,口感又更豐富了
